κίνησις
Move. Be. Become.
"...there are many proofs, that show how motion is the source of what we call being and becoming, and inactivity the source of destruction."
- Socrates, from Plato's Theaetetus.

"We evolved to move". This is what a man I greatly admired once told me. He passed away in 2016. He suffered from ALS, the same disease that tormented Stephen Hawkings during his lifetime. Like Stepehen Hawkins, this man was a genius in his own right. His name was Giancarlo Ibarguen. He understood, despite the many adversities he had to endure, that human beings are in perpetual motion, not just physical but also mental and spiritual. Health is the quality of life, the quality of our movement in life. κίνησις, or kinesis i.e. "movement" is a program with an honest, conscious, and holistic approach to health and wellness.
